This Copyright Notice applies to everopen.ai, including our website, web application, mobile applications (including "Conventions by EverOpen" and any other apps we publish), APIs, messaging integrations, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Sunzal Tech Labs Inc, a corporation registered in British Columbia, Canada ("everopen.ai", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Ownership

Unless otherwise noted, all content, software, and materials included in or generated by the Services — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, app binaries, source code, UI designs, and the compilation and arrangement thereof — are the property of Sunzal Tech Labs Inc or its licensors and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

This includes the everopen.ai website, the control plane dashboard, public booking pages, and every mobile application we publish under the everopen.ai brand, on any platform (iOS, Android, web, or otherwise).

2. Trademarks

"everopen.ai," the everopen.ai logo, "Conventions by EverOpen," and other product names, logos, and marks used across our Services are trademarks of Sunzal Tech Labs Inc, whether or not registered. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

All other trademarks, product names, and company names referenced in the Services are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Their use does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by their owners.

3. Limited License to Use

Subject to your compliance with our Terms of Service, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose.

You may not, without our prior written consent:

Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any part of the Services
Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our website, apps, or platform
Create derivative works based on our software, designs, or branding
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
Use our name, logo, or app store listings to imply endorsement of a third-party product or service

4. Customer and Third-Party Content

Content submitted by Customers or end users through the Services (such as bookings, messages, uploaded documents, or knowledge base entries) remains the property of the party who submitted it, as described in our Terms of Service. We do not claim copyright ownership over Customer Data.

The Services may incorporate open-source software components, each governed by its own license. Nothing in this notice restricts rights granted under those licenses.

5. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe content available through the Services infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to the address below including:

A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
The location (URL, screen, or app) where the allegedly infringing material appears
Your contact information
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

We will review valid notices and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the reported content.
